Forno Steno è un azienda di famiglia, avviata nel 1920 come panetteria da Brunellesco Bertini e passata poi al figlio Steno, dal quale ha preso il nome. Nel 2000, il nipote del fondatore, Fabrizio, l’ha trasformata in una produzione di biscotti artigianali.

Crediamo nella lavorazione artigianale, in un’attenta selezione degli ingredienti, nel cercare un equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione. Questo ci ha portati a sperimentare nuovi abbinamenti nel classico taglio cantuccio.

Forno Steno is a family business, started in 1920 as a bakery by Brunellesco Bertini (the name comes from his son, the second-generation owner). His grandson, Fabrizio, transformed it in an artisanal biscuit maker around the year 2000.

We believe in craftsmanship, in carefully chosen ingredients, in striving for balance between tradition and innovation, which has led us to experiment with novel pairings in the traditional cantuccio shape.
